Fifty years of history of a company that tell 50 years of an entire city. With the’inauguration of the Kaleido Tunnel, the Mayor Pierluigi Peracchini and the CEO of Lsct Alfredo Scalisi followed up on the celebrations for the fiftieth anniversary of the first private terminal operator in Italy, which is part of the Contship Italia group. The tunnel of kaleidoscopic mirrors that reflect and replicate the evocative images of the historical archive of La Spezia Container Terminal (Lsct) and of the Municipality of La Spezia, is located within the Morin promenade. A symbolic place of union between the city and the port. The gallery reflected in the tunnel is made up of photographs of the protagonists, of the iconic places and their transformation during the first 50 years of the company, which is an integral part of the city.
Thanks to the play of reflections, the images are projected along the tunnel, in a perfect position for some shots or selfies of visitors. The installation, branded Lsct, was created by Prodea Group and will be open to the public for free, in compliance with anti-Covid regulations until 18 September.

In the next few days at the Kaleido Tunnel, he adds, “guided tours will be organized for the citizens of La Spezia, thanks to the voluntary commitment of the Lsct staff who already carry out a tutoring activity within the Porto Lab project for students”.
