A fantastic, magical bestiary is back in the skies of Berck-sur-Mer. Three years later, the Pas-de-Calais seaside resort is back with its International Kite Meetings. And given the crowd present from the first day of competition, Saturday, April 23, it is an understatement to say that the meeting was expected. “It’s a marvel for the eyes, for colors”enjoys a viewer.

400 kite flyers from around twenty countries have been invited for this 35th edition. Even canceled twice due to Covid, this festival has lost none of its fame. “It’s the one we talk about the most”, notes with pride the artistic director Roger Tessa-Gambassi.
