(Web Desk) The international organization Moody’s has indicated the improvement of Pakistan’s economy. The international rating agency Moody’s has said that after the agreement with the IMF, international funding will improve for Pakistan.

According to a private TV report, Moody’s report on Pakistan’s economy states that international agencies and other countries will provide funds to Pakistan. However, weak governance can create difficulties in advancing government reforms.

It should be remembered that on July 13, a staff-level agreement was reached between the International Monetary Fund and Pakistan for a $7 billion loan program. The value of the loan program is $7 billion and its duration will be 37 months. The approval will be taken from the IMF Executive Board while the International Monetary Fund had also issued its statement in this regard.

The statement said that at the request of Pakistan, the IMF mission visited Pakistan from May 13 to May 23. The tax exemption will end.

The IMF said that direct and indirect taxes will be increased fairly, agriculture, retail and export sectors will have to be brought into the regular tax net.
