The international version of the Redmi Note 11 series will come with Qualcomm processors

At the end of October, Shiomi unveiled the Redmi Note 11 series for the Chinese market, when the basic model has already received an international version with the Poco M4 Pro 5G device (our review of the device by clicking here) which presents similar technical data. Now comes a report that hints at the international launch of the Redmi Note 11 series during the first quarter of 2022, and indicates changes in the design and use of Qualcomm’s chip systems, instead of those of Media-Tech.

The report refers to testimonials from marketers in Vietnam, according to which Shiomi plans to launch international versions of the Redmi Note 11 series devices during the first quarter of next year, and this may happen as early as January 2022. On Qualcomm’s latest chip.

At this stage it is not clear from the report whether all models of the Redmi Note 11 series will also receive versions intended for the international market. Recall that Shiomi has introduced three models in the new series, these are the Redmi Note 11 5G, the Redmi Note 11 Pro and the Redmi Note 11Pro Plus.

Redmi Note 11 – Existing models

Both models in the Redmi Note 11 Pro series offer 6.67-inch AMOLED screens, with Full HD + resolution and with support for a refresh rate of 120 Hz. They offer a triangular photo array with a 108-megapixel main sensor from Samsung, an 8-megapixel camera for taking 120-degree wide-angle images and a macro camera with a 2-megapixel sensor, with a selfie camera with a 16-megapixel sensor on the front.

Under the lid in both models you can find the Media-Tech Dimensity 920 chipset along with 6 or 8 GB of memory and storage of 128 or 256 GB, but the two differ on the battery side, with the Redmi Note 11 Pro model offering A higher capacity of 5,160mAh with a charge of up to 67 watts, while the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus model is satisfied with a smaller battery with a capacity of 4,500mAh, but offers support for a faster charging rate of up to 120 watts.

The latest in the series is the entry-level Redmi Note 11 5G, which Shiomi has already launched for the global market with the introduction of the Poco M4 Pro 5G device. The device comes with a 6.6-inch screen with Full HD + resolution and a high refresh rate of 90 Hz, and at the top of the display you can find a selfie camera with a 16-megapixel sensor integrated in a dedicated hole, while in the transition to the back of the device you can find a dual photo array. A wide-angle camera pixel and a main camera with a 50-megapixel sensor.

Under the lid we can find the Media-Tech Dimensity 810 5G chipset, along with working memory (RAM) in volumes of 4, 6 or 8 GB, along with storage for a total of 64, 128 or 256 GB and a 5,000mAh battery that allows Fast charging with a maximum power of 33 watts via a USB-C connection.
