The iPhone 14 Pro Max-like device costs just Rs 7,600!

Do you want to buy the iPhone 14 Pro Max, but are worried about the exorbitant price? Well, Aliexpress always has some alternatives for you. Exhibit A: I14 Pro Max, a clone of the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is listed on the Chinese e-commerce platform for a fraction of the original.

Available for purchase globally, the i14 Pro Max has two listings (1,2) on Aliexpress (via Gizmochina) revealing a design that looks eerily similar to Apple’s superior iPhone 14 Pro Max. In some of the user review images, the back of the smartphone has been lifted from Apple’s flagship phone with a similar, albeit smaller, triple rear camera setup. However, at $89.69 (roughly Rs. 7,600) for the 2GB RAM variant and $126 (roughly Rs. 10,800) for the 6GB RAM model, it’s pointless to be disappointed.

And did we tell you that this iPhone 14 Pro Max version runs on Android? Yes, I mean there is no other option since Apple does not make their iOS available for open source boot load. However, the specs listed on Aliexpress include a 6.5-inch FHD+ (!!) AMOLED display with a 95 percent screen-to-body ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate, excuse us, we’re really hard to swallow at this price.

Further, the smartphone is claimed to feature face unlock, MediaTek MTK6753 processor, 6GB of RAM, 128GB storage, 2800mAh battery, 8 + 16MP cameras, and dual SIM support. Interestingly, the face unlock tech on the front feels even narrower than the Dynamic Island on the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which makes us wonder if this seller on Aliexpress really figured out a way to improve it (it doesn’t).

Just to be clear, we do not condone these types of clones and advise you to stay away from such lists. Honestly, it’s only a matter of time before these clones are removed from the Aliexpress listing, and you’d better be careful and regret it after you repent of such a purchase. It’s always better to buy the real deal, and if money’s low, can we suggest our list of best budget Android smartphones?
