(Web Desk) The local court of Iraq sentenced 3 Pakistanis arrested on charges of robbery and terrorism to death.

A 3-member bench of the Rasafa Court of Iraq sentenced 3 Pakistani suspects arrested on charges of terrorism and robbery to death. I have been convicted and sentenced to death.

According to the sources, Umar Farooq, Haider Ali and Shoaib Akhtar have been sentenced under the anti-terrorism laws, while Shoaib Akhtar has been convicted for creating a terrorist group in Iraq, firing on the complainant Shahab Kazim Hasan and robbing his shop. In the same judgment, another case was mentioned, in which the court said that the accused should be sentenced to death for the crime of killing officer Heman Karim Ahmed.

According to Iraqi media, a Pakistani citizen is accused of allegedly firing on Iraqi civilians in the crowd, which killed an officer on patrol, Hayman Karim.

According to the court decision, the accused have the right to appeal against the decision in the federal court within 30 days of the decision delivered on July 31.

It should be noted that the three youths belong to different cities of Pakistan, Haider Ali is a resident of Sargodha while Umar Farooq is a resident of Gujranwala who went to Iraq for work.
