/ The coach of the Iraqi national team, the Spaniard Jesus Casas, announced on Monday the starting lineup that will face the Jordanian national team in the first match of the “Lions of Mesopotamia” in the round of 16 in the Asian Football Cup.
The lineup included Jalal Hassan as goalkeeper, Rebin Sulaka, Saad Natiq, Ahmed Yahya and Hussein Ali as defenders, Ibrahim Bayesh, Amir Al-Ammari, Osama Rashid and Ali Jassim as midfield, and Youssef Al-Amin and Ayman Hussein as attackers.
While sitting on the bench are Frans Diaa, Ali Adnan, Akam Hashem, Muhannad Ali, Zidane Iqbal, Bashar Rasan, Alan Mohiuddin, Ahmed Ali, Zaid Tahseen, Mirkhas Doski, Muntadher Majed and Ahmed Basil.
