/ The Iraqi national football team concluded its training on Sunday evening, in preparation for facing its Jordanian counterpart tomorrow, Monday, in the round of 16 matches of the 2023 Asian Cup, in a match hosted by Khalifa Stadium in Doha, while the match will be led by an Australian Gulf.

The Iraqi Football Association stated in a statement received by Agency that the training took place in the training centers of Al-Gharafa Club, and all players participated in it.

The Federation indicated that tomorrow’s match between Iraq and Jordan in the round of 16 will be led by a refereeing team consisting of field referee Alireza Faghani (Iranian-born, Australian national), first assistant Anton Shchetinin, and second assistant Ashley Beacham from Australia.

From Qatar, the fourth referee is Abdulrahman Al-Jassim, the assistant reserve referee is Saud Ahmed Al-Maqalih, the VAR referee is Khamis Al-Marri, and the assistant VAR referee is Salman Falahi, while the referee evaluator is Saad Al-Fadhli from Kuwait.
