Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported, “The aim of the bombing on the southern suburb was to assassinate the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah.”
The Israeli army said, “It targeted Hezbollah’s central command headquarters, located under residential buildings in the heart of the southern suburbs of Beirut.”
