The Israeli army announced today, Wednesday, “the start of a security operation in Tubas and Tammun, northeastern West Bank,” coinciding with the continuation of its war on Gaza, leaving dozens dead!
Palestinian media reported that “Israeli forces stormed Tubas and Tammun, surrounded a house and bombed it with Energa missiles, and launched airstrikes using drones, which resulted in the death of the freed prisoner Fayez Fawaz Daraghmeh “Abu Amer” after he was surrounded and bombed in a house in Tubas, while the Israeli forces detained his body.”
Shehab News Agency reported, “Three Palestinians were killed in Tamoun, near Tubas, by shelling from an Israeli drone, while Israeli forces are holding the bodies.”
In conjunction with its devastating war on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army expanded its operations in the West Bank, and settlers expanded their attacks on Palestinians and their property, leaving more than 629 dead since October 7, including 146 children and 9 women, and about 5,400 wounded.
In Gaza, 20 Palestinians were killed and dozens were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation bombing of several areas in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli air force bombed “houses in the Nuseirat and Maghazi camps in the central Gaza Strip and Khan Yunis in the south, killing 15 Palestinians and wounding dozens. Two Palestinians were killed and others were wounded by Israeli army snipers in the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis, while three Palestinians were killed as a result of the bombing of the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.”
It is noteworthy that the number of dead in the Israeli war on Gaza, which entered its 313th day, has risen to more than 39,929 dead and 92,240 wounded.
