Through the purchase agreement, ThetaRay will provide Tudi with its artificial intelligence-based SONAR SaaS solution that can detect the earliest signs of sophisticated financial crimes, including known and unknown crime patterns such as money laundering, drug trafficking, terrorist financing and human trafficking. The implementation of ThetaRay’s solution will allow Tudi to provide a service compliant with the new Mexican law that regulates the activities of fintech companies (LRITF), increase its business and provide a reliable and safe payment service to its customers.
