Haibob’s platform is designed to manage the human resources field, including wages, vacations and feedback, assist in the absorption of new employees and perform employee evaluations.
Time’s choice of the Haibob platform is related to the fact that the corona epidemic has made remote work part of the routine, as well as hybrid work. Human resources teams’ tasks, including monitoring employee performance and maintaining corporate culture, have become more complicated. “We were the right platform at the right time,” said Roni Zahavi, CEO and co-founder of Heybove to Time magazine.
Haibob is a cloud-based platform that also includes tools designed to facilitate hybrid work such as scheduling specific tasks for office or remote workers. The platform also offers a built-in survey tool for collecting employee feedback and templates for one-on-one meetings to help improve employee engagement.
Since 2021, Haibob has doubled its size and added 370 new employees. It employs 700 people in its offices in the USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain and Eastern European countries.
