The Democratic Party (PD) recognized the victory of the right in the general elections in Italy and declared its “responsibility” by being the first opposition party, as explained by the spokeswoman for the progressive formation in the Chamber of Deputies, Deborah Serracchiani.
Serracchiani was the first representative of the PD to speak to the press after the Victory for Giorgia Meloni’s Brothers of Italy with around 26% of the votes together with La Liga and Forza Italiawhich in total will add up to about 43%, according to the latest projections on the votes counted.
