The Jewish Film Festival: a cinematic tribute to the pair of Nazi hunters

by time news

The 24th Jerusalem Jewish Film Festival organized a festive reception yesterday at the Jerusalem Cinematheque in honor of Nazi hunters Serge and Beata Klarsfeld, who dedicated their lives to locating and capturing Nazi war criminals and bringing them to justice.

The couple arrived in Israel as guests of honor for the festival and for the screening of a new film about their work: “Klarsfeld: A Love Story” by directors Mike Lerner and Martin Haring. The film also unfolds the story of Beata and Serge’s relationship – hunting partners, activists, parents, husband and wife – and presents their courageous work and their enduring love.
