Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Jordanian chef, Yasmine Abu Hassan, revealed the best ingredients for the healthy “quinoa” salad, and the way to prepare it.
Abu Hassan said, in a video clip she posted on her account with the “Tik Tok” application: The quinoa grains are washed well and then cooked in oil, noting: lettuce and cherry tomatoes are chopped with the addition of red cabbage, red onions, chopped dill and sliced brown olives.
And she continued: Artichokes, parsley and avocado are chopped, with quinoa added to the salad, a mixture of olive oil, lemon, pesto sauce, black pepper and salt, and feta cheese and crushed walnuts are added.
