The 107 candidates still in the race will undergo a confidence test; those who pass this test will then enter the opposition phase, a public hearing and a citizen challenge.

Once the 107 candidates who remain in the race to fill ten vacancies for magistrates in the National Court of Justice (CNJ), and who have already passed the application stage, the merit test, and the psychological exam, this Monday, July 15 and Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the applicants will take a confidence exam.

The announcement was made today, July 13, by the Judicial Council (CJ), which estimates that it will conclude the competition for the appointment of national judges in October of this year.
