Since the beginning of ‘JULIA Project: Rural Women and Mental Health‘, there are now 69 workshops held with a total of 532 women participants. During this time, the Castilian-Leonese federation has trained nearly a hundred professionals from its association movement, through training for project facilitators, with the aim of training students to design and implement networking and networking workshops. empowerment of rural women with mental health problems, as well as acquiring practical group intervention tools within the framework of the project. The project ‘JULIA: Rural Women and Mental Health’ was born after carrying out a study of the needs of women with mental health problems of the Mental Health Castilla y León associative movement. After analyzing the results and the demands and needs, this project was developed and began to be developed in 2018.
