Afif stressed that “what happened in Misgav General is only the beginning,” stressing that “the resistance and the command and control system are fine, and the war has rounds, even if the enemy got us in the first round with assassinations and destruction, and we are only in the first round, and victory will be our ally.”

He added: “What happened in Al-Adaysah and Maroun Al-Ras is only the beginning of the confrontation, and the resistance leadership controls the course of operations and acts with wisdom, deliberation and courage.”

In Beirut, “enemy aircraft targeted the Choueifat area near the southern suburb. Lebanese media reported that “three civilians were killed as a result of a raid launched by Israeli enemy aircraft on the town of Dibal in the Bint Jbeil district in southern Lebanon, while a number of Syrian family members were reported injured as a result of two raids on the town of Alma al-Shaab, in addition to a number of casualties in the town of Mifdoun after An air attack on a number of homes destroyed them, and “three people were killed, as a result of raids launched by Israeli enemy aircraft today on the areas of Burj al-Qalawiya and Mashghara in southern Lebanon.”

The Israeli army announced the killing of the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, in a raid on the southern suburbs of Beirut last Friday.
