After sifting through Emmanuel Macron’s presidential candidacy letter, engineer and specialist in semio-morphology Charles de Mercy returns for a new debriefing to examine Emmanuel Macron’s victory speech this time. on May 7, 2017, which he compares with the 2022 letter using the six-step technique of semio-morphological analysis.
The working method was presented in detail in the previous debriefing: voting for the break. According to him, “we underestimate Macron, who is in fact a master manipulator, the king of confusion“.
His analytical method
As he explains in his document, the semio-morphological analysis used here consists of a “synthesis between an algorithmic approach and a heuristic approach”. In other words, an association between the “deterministic, systematic” and the art of knowing where one is going.
Charles de Mercy thus strived to dissect this discourse and to compress it into keywords, in order to subsequently detach the essential concepts. This done, he shapes them through different diagrams, which he takes the time to comment on and analyze until reaching his conclusion.
According to him, between 2017 and 2022, Emmanuel Macron’s speech initially centered on benevolence towards his family evolved towards the theme of a “new start”, believing that the “job” of the first phase is over.
He confirms his conclusion on the true intentions of Emmanuel Macron:
1. A France reigning over Europe (for real…),
2. A European empire (and a real one…),
3. Him, at the head of the two (for a long time).
This will surprise you, but we are well on the way to the return of Napoleon, I or III: one of the two, that’s for sure.
