Accompanied by a strong delegation from his Court, the Kountigui of Lower Guinea, Elhadj Sèkhouna Soumah launched this Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the Great Mosque of Boké, the Caravan of blessings and sacrifices of Lower Guinea.
The event mobilized the Patriarch, Sanoussy Niokoro Camara, the Prefect, Colonel Sény Silver Camara, the Director of the Cabinet of the Governorate of Boké, Hadja Gnalen Condé as well as the religious leaders and followers of the administrative region of Boké.
The objective, according to the Kountigui of Lower Guinea, is to pray for the unity of Guineans by advocating social cohesion, understanding, acceptance, solidarity and unity of action.
In his statement, Elhadj Sèkhouna Soumah urged the administrative authorities and public administration executives to engage in healthy collaboration and mutual respect.
From 1958 to the present day, prayers, blessings and sacrifices, recalls the Kountigui of Lower Guinea, occupy a preponderant place in the socio-political life of the people of Guinea.
For the prosperity of Guinea and Guineans, religious believers have read the Holy Quran several times in its entirety.
In Boké, the population and administrative authorities are delighted with this initiative and the choice made for their locality.
