The Kremlin hopes that difficult issues in relations between the Russian Federation and Armenia will be resolved through dialogue.

As Day.Az reported on Wednesday, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said this.

“Soon the leaders of Russia and Armenia will have the opportunity to discuss everything. Dialogues are taking place at the working level, which is also very important.

Armenia is a close partner, an ally of Russia, a country with which the Russian Federation is united in many integration formats, such as the CIS, the EAEU and, of course, historical bilateral relations,” he added.

Let us note that today Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Armenia does not want to argue with Russia, but relations with it are being transformed.

The Prime Minister stated in parliament that a transition is now taking place from relations between “historical Armenia” and Russia to relations between “real Armenia” and Russia.

“This is sometimes as painful as the internal transformation in Armenia itself. But everything must be done to fill this transformation with “positive stories.” Armenia is ready for such work with Russia, and relations with it are difficult to overestimate from the point of view of economics, security, and statehood Armenia,” he added.
