It is planned that the mall will operate six department stores and more than 200 stores, with preference given to groups of goods from the “medium plus” segment. The total area of the shopping and entertainment complex will be 115 thousand square meters, tenants will occupy about 60 thousand square meters. The commissioning of the fuel dispenser is scheduled for 2023.
