The hearing took place on Friday, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and lasting until midnight.

The man had been arrested on Wednesday, while the imputed hearing was completed on Thursday.

Meanwhile, now the defendant’s defense will be able to appeal the decision before the camera, regarding the prison that was defined in the last hours.

case history

Sources consulted by Sur24 indicated that “everything would have started with radical complaints a few years ago in the Civil and family court. Subsequently, from that place, certain reports were sent to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Before the start of the pandemic, Germán G. was charged with “simple sexual abuse.” But later she was summoned to testify as the mother of the victims. It was there that she began an investigation that led to various interviews and the holding of the Gesell Chamber with the victims who are minors.

Based on this analysis and the investigation carried out by the prosecutor Florencia Schiappa Pietra, the defendant was arrested and later charged with “sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access, seriously aggravated abuse and supply of pornographic material to two minors under 13 years of age, in ideal competition with aggravated corruption of minors”.

To request pretrial detention without a term, the prosecutor’s office argued about “the procedural dangerousness of the accused based on interviews conducted with different people,” in addition to what was related to the details of the accusation.
