Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova named Vladimirskaya, Ivanovskaya, Kurgan, Omsk, Tomsk, Tula regions, Altai, Buryatia, Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, Mari El, North Ossetia, as well as Primorsky Krai among such regions.
