Razdory, where the Marsalek estate stands, is only five kilometers from Moscow and is part of an entire settlement financed by billionaire Roman Abramovich. According to reports in Moscow, his British construction company Millhouse Capital commissioned the architects to design a “cosy Gregorian-style settlement”. The majority of the houses are therefore more reminiscent of England with their brick facades. However, in the northern part of the town, where the Marsalek hiding place is located, there are significantly more expensive individual projects with purchase prices of at least ten million euros. It’s unclear if the suspect is still there.
