The MacBook Air M2 score isn’t that different from the Pro M2.

Apple has opened reservations for the MacBook Air M2 a few days ago. Although the device is not yet available to users, the MacBook Air M2 score has already surfaced online.

Initially, both MacBook models use the same Apple M2 chip, so it can be expected that both will have similar specs. The difference is in the cooling system. As the MacBook Air has no fans, long-term use if it gets hot, the MacBook Pro will have better heat management.

Recently, there was information from @ClassicII_MrMax spotted a Mac code Mac14,2 in Geekbench 5, a MacBook Air powered by the Apple M2 chip scored 1,899 single-core and Multic-core 8,965 points.

Compared to the MacBook Pro M2 scores Single-core: 1,919 points and Multi-core: 8,928 points, which, if comparing the scores of the two devices, you will see that there is not much difference.
