The Seventh Section of the Provincial Court of Madrid has sentenced the lawyer José Emilio RM as criminally responsible for a crime of aggravated fraud and a crime of usurpation of functions and professional intrusion to three years in prison for the first, and 1 year in prison for the second for defrauding three people in an oil sales business. As a consequence of this sentence and by way of civil liability, he must compensate the victims in the amount of almost 120,000 euros as a whole.
