The majority revives the debate on medical deserts

Already white-hot by the attempt to repeal the pension reform, the deputies will look into the very divisive subject of medical deserts. The parliamentarians are examining this Monday in committee a bill of the majority wanting to find “concrete solutions” to the crisis of the health system.

“The declination in the territories of health policies is illegible and lacks efficiency”, notes the proposal (PPL) carried by the Horizons deputy, Frédéric Valletoux. The text, supported by the Renaissance group, must make these policies more readable and effective but also “encourage coordination between city and hospital, between liberals and employees”.
