It is known that a woman named Ambar (22) reported her boyfriend Aji, who had the heart to run into her and was injured on Jalan Prapanca Raya, Kebayoran Baru. The incident occurred on Thursday, 1 June 2023, around 22.30 WIB.

South Jakarta Police investigators have examined witnesses regarding the alleged abuse case. Including asking for information from the complainant and the reported party.

The police also cannot confirm Aji’s motive for crashing his lover’s motorcycle causing him to fall, was it triggered by blind jealousy or something else.

The quarrel between the lovers began when the victim gathered with his friends in the Kemang area. Aji then followed to where Ambar was gathering. At that time, Aji saw a man waving to his girlfriend.

“This invited suspicion from the reported party (Aji) and questioned the reporter (Ambar) who this man was. After getting an answer, the reported party was not satisfied so he kept asking about it, causing bickering between the two,” he said.

Ambar then decided to go home riding his motorbike. But Aji still continues to follow him and ask about the unknown man until there are fights on the streets.

“The reported party also explained that there were indeed problems regarding what was in the cafe earlier. Then he felt that he had not received a satisfactory explanation, so he asked for that explanation,” said Kompol Henrikus
