The couple from Singapore got divorced in 2019 due to disagreements. In this case, the divorced woman had filed a police complaint against her ex-husband.
In the complaint, he said, “It has been two years since he and I got divorced. At this point, I came to know that he had shared my private photos with his friend. So appropriate action should be taken against him,” he said.
Subsequently, the case went to court. During the hearing of the case, the woman’s lawyer said, “The photos were shared to insult the woman after the divorce. Therefore, the person who shared it and the person who received it should be given due punishment,” he argued.
Similarly, the woman’s ex-husband’s lawyer said, “Those photos were sent before the divorce. That is, the photos were sent when the husband and wife were in an understanding relationship. In this situation, now this case has been pursued with the intention of revenge,” he argued.
