Radio Darom hosted children with special needs for a tour today, and during Yoram Suisa’s program they were surprised by none other than the singer Eden Ben-Zakan, who created a particularly exciting meeting with the sweet children. Ben Zaken uploaded the exciting documentation to her Instagram account and wrote: “I was happy to come to Radio South today and surprise children with special needs, I had a great honor to be by their side and make them happy. Thanks to Radio South, Yoram Suisa and everyone who took part in this magical day.”
In the video, Swissa can be seen asking the children who they most want to meet, and when one said Ben-Zakan’s name, she immediately entered the room, which made many of the children tear up with excitement. The children and Eden performed the song “Haimishli” together live on the radio.
This is not the first time that Ben Zaken cooperates with people with special needs, about a year ago Ben Zaken released a joint music video with the band “Godolim in Uniform” – a promising new band of young people with special needs serving in the IDF. The band is a new project of a band made up of young people in the program, which will perform on stages in Israel and around the world. The band currently has four singers, a drummer, and two guitarists – all young people with special needs.
