(24News) Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was greeted by the Imam of Masjid Nabawi (peace be upon him), Dr. Salah Muhammad Al-Badeer. The Prime Minister warmly welcomed the distinguished guests.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed his delight at the Imam’s visit, stating that it was an honor for Pakistan. He believed the visit would further strengthen the already strong relations between the two countries.
The Imam of the Prophet’s Mosque conveyed the message of good wishes from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and other Saudi leaders to Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. He expressed the deep respect of the Pakistani people for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Saudi leadership.
The Imam also emphasized the eternal bond between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s unwavering support for Pakistan in times of difficulty. He noted that their relationship has spanned decades and is steadily growing stronger.
Dr. Salah Muhammad Al-Badeer expressed his appreciation to the Prime Minister for hosting the event in Pakistan. He emphasized the close connection between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, comparing them to two stars that cannot be separated.
