UAE has stepped up measures to give importance to environment-friendly energy projects. Last year alone, 11 eco-friendly projects were launched in the country. Projects are progressing in the country with the aim of leading the country to the path of sustainable development. Last year alone, 11 eco-friendly projects were launched in the country. UAE Minister of Infrastructure Development and Energy Suhail bin Mohammed Al Masroui informed about this. The minister made this clear in an interview granted to WAM, the official news agency of the UAE.

In 2021, more than 7,000 MW of clean energy has been produced in the country. The minister also added that the UAE Energy Strategy, which was formulated by the country with the aim of renewable energy production, is progressing successfully. The UAE was one of the first countries to ratify the Paris Agreement on climate change. He said that the country is making plans using the latest innovations that lead to the path of sustainable development. In addition, Suhail Al Masroui stated that in the coming years, clean energy production will be widespread and dependence on other fuels will be reduced.
