The Ministry of Education and Science (MES) will present the “National Diploma” honors to the graduates of the class of 2024. The event will take place tomorrow (September 12) at 11:30 a.m. in the National Archaeological Museum in Sofia, the press center of the MES announced .
Acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, Acting Minister of Education and Science Prof. Galin Tsokov, and Acting Minister of Culture Nayden Todorov will take part in the award ceremony, the Ministry of Education informs.
Among the official guests will be deputies, representatives of trade unions and employers’ organizations, directors, teachers and others.
The honor is awarded annually to high school seniors with an excellent (6.00) GPA in all subjects listed on the high school diploma, the state matriculation exams, and for outstanding ability in the fields of science, technology, arts, and sports. The award is a national recognition for the high achievements of students from Bulgarian schools.
