“This amendment proposes to provide a tax deduction for MET for oil production in the southern part of the Priobskoye field. The tax deduction will be provided only when the oil price is higher than the base price, the deduction will be equal to 833 million rubles. per month, and it will be provided until the accumulated amount of the deduction is 100 billion rubles. At the same time, the privilege will be provided if the company closes it due to additional production, as well as revenues to the budget from other taxes, otherwise the deduction received will have to be returned.

In October, a proposal was made to the draft budget to provide such a deduction to Rosneft, which is developing the northern part of the Priobskoye field. According to Interfax, the company will receive 42.1 billion rubles. in 2021 and 46 billion rubles each – in the next three years, a total of 180 billion rubles.

Earlier it became known that the Ministry of Finance proposed adjusting the additional income tax (APT) regime for oil workers. It can be extended to fields in Western Siberia if they meet a number of criteria.
