The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has developed a draft order proposing to allow Russians to apply for a one-time payment of pension savings through the portal of public services. Moskovsky Komsomolets was the first to draw attention to the document.
Earlier, the government’s press service reported that Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a relevant decree. People who receive a disability or survivor’s insurance pension or social pension can receive money at a time. Also, all the money can be immediately received by the Russians, for whom the size of the funded pension, upon its appointment, would be less than 5% in relation to the sum of the insurance and funded pensions.
Insurance pensions are indexed every year on January 1st. The indexation of pensions is carried out only for non-working pensioners, the return of the indexation of payments to working pensioners is now being discussed in the government. In 2021, old-age insurance pensions were indexed by 6.3%, the average payment amount is 17,443 rubles. In 2022, the average insurance pension will be RUB 18,521.
