The National Moon Sighting Committee held a meeting at the National Mosque Baitul Mukarram in the hall of the Islamic Foundation at 6:30 PM for the sighting of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr moon.
The meeting was presided over by the President of the National Moon Sighting Committee and the Minister of Religious Affairs. Faridul Haque Khan. In the meeting, the date of Eid-ul-Fitr celebration was decided by reviewing the news of the sighting of the moon in the month of Shawwal of 1445 Hijri.

He said that the deputy directors of the foundation from 64 districts said that the Moon was not seen by calling the Dini Dawat and Culture Department of Baitul Mukarram Islamic Foundation. In this situation, 30 days of Ramadan will be completed tomorrow, Wednesday. Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated in the country on Thursday (April 11), the first day of the month of Shawwal.

The United Arab Emirates and Qatar have also announced that Tuesday will be the last day of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Wednesday.
