The Moroccan Embassy in the Vatican celebrates the glorious Feast of the Throne

The reception, chaired by the Ambassador of HM the King to the Holy See and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Rajae Naji Mekkaoui, was marked by the participation of senior officials from the Vatican and the Order of Malta, ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Holy See, as well as other personalities and distinguished guests.

In her speech delivered on this occasion, Mrs. Naji Mekkaoui highlighted the important reforms and structuring projects carried out by the Kingdom under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty the King, which have enabled Morocco to be a unique model of stability and socio-economic development.

The diplomat also emphasized Moroccan diplomacy, “proactive and dynamic, open to all regions of the globe and promoting the values ​​of dialogue and peaceful coexistence, as well as cooperation at the bilateral, regional, North-South and South-South levels, which have contributed to strengthening the Kingdom’s place on the international scene.”

The representative of the Holy See welcomed, for his part, the cordial bilateral relations between Morocco and the Vatican and the respect by both parties for common cultural values.

On this special occasion, the guests wished to extend their warm congratulations and wishes for prosperity to His Majesty the King and the Moroccan people.
