During the last week, the streaming giant added to its offer a biographical feature film about the life of the prestigious American composer and conductor Leonard Bernstein, one of the most important figures in the world of classical music of the 20th century.

A few days after its appearance, this drama has already become one of the users’ favorites. It was released in 2023, is based on real events and features the participation of Bradley Cooper, both in the leading role and in the direction.

The film has a duration of 129 minutes and is the second feature film directed by Cooper, who had debuted in 2018 with “A Star is Born”, alongside Lady Gaga. On this occasion, he is accompanied by Carey Mulligan, known for her roles in “Pride and Prejudice” and “The Great Gatsby.”

“Maestro” also has Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese among its producers, and was scripted by Cooper along with Josh Singer. The plot revolves around the love story between Bernstein and Costa Rican actress Felicia Montealegre, played by Mulligan.
