Adopted by 41 votes for and 40 against, the text of the deputy LR of Lot Aurélien Pradié provides for the creation of a “court specialized in domestic violence”.
On the model of what exists in Spain, this jurisdiction would combine “the powers of the civil judge and the criminal judge”based on “on referents within each prosecutor’s office”, explained Mr. Pradié. Adopted at first reading, the proposal will be sent to the Senate, with a majority on the right.
