The court of the National Court that has judged the murder committed by ETA of the president of the PP of Aragón Manuel Giménez Abad has agreed to the freedom of the defendant Miren IZ, once the oral hearing has concluded and the deliberations of the Chamber have begun and “on the hearing of the agreement in relation to said defendant.” In an order, the magistrates of the First Section of the Criminal Chamber agree to annul the prison of this defendant, who was accused of a crime of terrorist murder with a request for 30 years in prison and who had been in prison since on June 22, 2022.
