The National Court rejects the extradition to Pakistan of a woman denounced for the kidnapping of her daughter

The Criminal Chamber of the National Court has denied the extradition of a 52-year-old Pakistani woman claimed in her country for the kidnapping of her daughter as a result of the complaint filed by the latter’s husband. The Court considers that the documentation sent by the authorities of the Asian country does not establish the specific facts that are attributed to the defendant, for which reason its delivery must be denied.
