The National Court has summoned four employees of the Spanish Football Federation (FEF) to testify as witnesses for the alleged coercion of Jenni Hermoso after Luis Rubiales’ non-consensual kiss to the Madrid soccer player after winning the world title on December 20. August in Sydney.

Former soccer player Albert Luque, director of the Spanish men’s team; Rubén Rivera, the marketing manager; Miguel García Caba, the director of the Integrity department; and the press chief of the women’s team, Patricia Pérez, will be questioned by the judge of the Court Francisco de Jorge, instructor of the ‘Rubiales case’ after the complaint filed by the Prosecutor’s Office against the already former president of the FEF, accused of sexual assault and coercion to Jenni Hermoso.
