Academic education (Bachelor’s degree) in the following fields: Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Software Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Communication Engineering/ Industrial Engineering and Management/ Mathematics/ Electrical Engineering majoring in Computers or Computer Networks or Technology Management or Business Administration with specialization in Systems information.

Another academic degree plus a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in information systems or a master’s degree in information technology management.
or
Another academic degree or certified engineer/technician (preferably a graduate in computer/technology major) and in addition professional training/authorization* in cyber defense (300 hours in aggregate) that will be recognized by the National Cyber System.
or
Holder of another academic degree or a qualified engineer or technician and a graduate of a technological unit in the defense bodies, provided that they worked in the cyber field subject to appropriate official approval.
*At this stage, there is only a cyber defense implementer certification, starting from the date the rest of the certification comes into effect, this requirement will be a single educational condition.
Experience:

For those with a bachelor’s degree – 9 years of experience*
For those with a master’s degree – 8 years of experience*
*Experience in two or more of the following fields:
managing the development of cyber tools; characterization and/or implementation of cyber technologies; Management of technological projects in the cyber field, including experience in managing project budgets and/or promoting and managing security R&D.
Of the years of experience, 5 years of experience in managing a team of employees are required.
The experience can be overlapping and/or cumulative.
