As the discussion on the prices of services purchased for the NATO summit in Vilnius continues, Seimas Vice-Chairman Vytautas Mitalas on Wednesday called for explanations on services purchased through unannounced negotiations. The rector of the ISM University of Management and Economics, Dalius Misiūnas, also sees uncertainties in this situation. According to him, the silence of the event organizers does not add credibility to the ongoing purchases.
