2. Hummus the poet
I live in Bitzron, the neighborhood where I previously founded Fitzron. Hummus the poet is a former neighbor who makes the best vegan hummus in town. In many places in the city, honey and all kinds of things are added to hummus, but the poet is strict about veganism. Since he moved, I already had time to visit the new place and was happy to see that the poet remained the same, maybe even improved. Ibn Gvirol 8

4. Bitzeron neighborhood
In the different seasons, I patrol the south of the Bitzeron neighborhood and collect fruit from trees that grow in private yards and whose branches penetrate the public space – guava, pejua, pitango, shasak, and more.
