Netanyahu’s trial hearings were also held today (Wednesday) at the Jerusalem District Court. This morning, the prosecution’s witness Shani Cusaks, the mother of billionaire James Packer’s house, took to the witness stand.
During the cross-examination conducted by defense attorney Amit Hadad, Kosseks admitted that she and her family hate and despise the Netanyahu couple.
Hadad explained to the judges: “If there is a prosecution witness who and his entire family hate the defendant – this is relevant to his credibility. Hatred spoils the line.”
Kosseks confirmed to Hadad’s question the hatred she and her entourage harbor towards Netanyahu.
Hadad: You say in your investigations that your parents, and your friend who is currently your husband, hate Mr. and Mrs. Netanyahu. You say “we all hate them”. Who is “all of us”?
Cusks: My boyfriend and I, my parents. Yes, we all hate.
Hadad: Not because the Netanyahus did something to you, God forbid.

Hadad: Then you used a harsher phrase. You said: “My environment detests them.” Does your environment detest the Netanyahu couple?
couscous: Yes.
Hadad: Did it occur to you to tell Packer that you are not ready to serve the Netanyahus meals because you loathe them?
Cusks: I will not say such a thing, but I did not serve them food willingly.
Afterwards, Hadad slammed Cossack for wanting to overthrow Netanyahu’s government.
Hadad: You wanted to overthrow the regime. You didn’t succeed.
Cusks: I said such a thing in the investigation, it was in jest.

During the main testimony that took place earlier, Kossacks testified about a series of cases in connection with case 1000. Among other things, Kossacks testified that when members of the Netanyahu family would come to the Packer house, they would usually do so when Packer himself was not present at home. According to her, when before the Netanyahu family arrived, she would place a box of cigars, champagne and crackers with cheese – and darken the pool area “so that the workers would not be seen”.
Afterwards, Kosseks testified about events in which she delivered champagne, according to her request for champagne to Sarah Netanyahu: “On the eve of Passover 2016, my sister was sick and I went to Jerusalem to bring her so that she would not be alone. On the way to Hadas (Klein, AB) she called me and said that Sarah wanted champagne brought to her . I told her I can’t because I’m taking my sister and I won’t be coming to Caesarea on the eve of the holiday.”
Kosseks stated in court that “the vast majority of the pink champagnes we bought were for Sarah Netanyahu”, and even said that one time when she brought Binyamin Netanyahu a box of cigars, his son Yair took a box of champagnes with him. In addition, Kosseks listed various cases in which pink champagne ended up in Sarah Netanyahu’s hands.
During the hearing, the prosecution presented in court a correspondence between Hadas Klein and Kussak:
