Event PRO Forum – Sofia Tech Park’s new format for innovations and sustainable environmental practices in the event business, will take place on September 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the “John Atanasov” Forum of the Science and Technology Park.
The first edition of the forum is on the theme “The Future of Sustainable Events” and is dedicated to the current trends in the event industry in the context of the activities of preparation and holding of events. Event PRO Forum aims to upgrade the level of services in the sector in our country and to focus on modern aspects and challenges facing the industry. The forum will bring together Bulgarian and international professionals from all sectors of the industry.
Among the topics of the pilot edition of the format will be the development of the industry in Bulgaria, the organization of events in an eco-friendly way, the reduction of the negative impact on the environment. Leading experts will discuss the criteria for the sustainability of events, marketing techniques for creating a successful and memorable brand that will leave a lasting impression on the audience, the application of artificial intelligence in this business sphere and others. Professionals will also present and discuss the most successful strategies for attracting new audiences and sponsorships. The main goal of the Event PRO Forum is for the event to become a platform for facilitating and stimulating business connections in the sector, for the exchange of experience and environmentally friendly policies and practices for the ecological future of the industry.
Event PRO Forum will gather over 20 leading Bulgarian and international speakers, dozens of representatives of companies from the sector, as well as established organizations, creators of some of the most popular formats in our country. During the forum, visitors will also be able to view the special expo area, where established service providers in the sector will present themselves.
Today, the event industry is evolving rapidly, requiring increased collaboration and innovative technological solutions. Against the backdrop of climate change and the fight for environmental protection, the adoption and implementation of sustainable practices globally is becoming increasingly important and imperative for the success of companies in the industry.
