With these new records, this electric supercar continues to demonstrate that in its standard version it fulfills what was promised in its development, being a zero-emission beast with heart-stopping capabilities.

These types of records are essentially mere marketing window dressing. But, like it or not, they work. At the moment, in terms of maximum speed reached, the record is still held by the Bugatti Chiron with 490.48 km/h, followed by the SSC Tuatara with a mark of 455.2 km/h. Although the version of the Bugatti that achieved it, the Super Sport 300+, was not yet a production car when he signed it.

This new mark far exceeds the one obtained with the acceleration tests in November, since then it reached 332 km/h.

In fact, they can be equipped when buying this electric supercar. Therefore, in essence we are talking about rubbers that are not special in themselves, nor prepared for the test, since they are mounted as standard on the Battista.

The ingredients of an electric of 2.2 million euros. The one from Pininfarina is not the fastest electric car in the world, a title currently held by the Rimac Nevera with 412 km/h, but precisely its battery bears the seal of the Croatian brand.

This, with a capacity of 120 kWh, powers its four electric motors, one per wheel, which together add up to a whopping 1.927 CV (1.417 kW) y 2.340 Nm. The maximum approved autonomy of the Battista is 476 km.

Regarding benefits, those achieved in the November records are detailed, making the 0-100 in 1.86 seconds0-200 in 4.75 seconds and 0-300 in 10.5 seconds.

Despite its carbon fiber structure, the Battista is not exactly light, because on the scale at 2,063 kg. However, given its power, we are talking about an aircraft that offers a ratio of 1.07 kg for each CV.

On the menu we find all-wheel drive with torque vectoring or Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, all with 390mm discs and six-piston calipers. Only 150 units del Battista will see the light, which began production last year in Italy and has already formalized its first deliveries.
