Jeddah: The number of Kovid vaccines approved for Hajj pilgrims has increased to ten. Their names and number of doses have been released by the Saudi Ministry of Health. The Ministry of Health, on its website under the heading ‘God’s Guest Health’, explains the names of the approved vaccines and the number of doses, following the requirement that pilgrims arriving for the Hajj be vaccinated against the Kovid vaccine approved by the Saudi Ministry of Health.

The ministry’s website also lists health guidelines for those coming to Saudi Arabia to perform work related to Hajj and Umrah. Pilgrims must be under 65 years of age, have completed the basic immunization along with the Kovid vaccinations approved by the Ministry of Health, and must submit the Kovid Negative Test result (PCR) taken within 72 hours before the date of departure for the country.
